UX DESIGN

Designed Around Your Users.

We research how your customers think, search and decide, then design website experiences that feel effortless and turn more visitors into enquiries.

Our Approach

Great UX starts with understanding people, not pages.

Before we design a single screen, we get to know your audience: what they need, what frustrates them and what makes them act.

We turn those insights into clear journeys, sitemaps and wireframes, then test and refine them so every click moves visitors closer to becoming customers.

UX Design in Action

How we design around your customers.

Four steps that turn research into a website people find easy to use.

01 · RESEARCH

Get to know the people

Interviews, analytics and enquiry data show who visits your site and what they need to get done.

03 · WIREFRAMES

FAQs

UX design: common questions

Designing websites around how your customers think.

What is UX design?

User experience (UX) design is about making your website easy and intuitive to use. It covers research, customer journeys, site structure and wireframes, so visitors can quickly find what they need and take action.

What's the difference between UX and UI design?

UX is the structure and flow of the experience: what goes where and how people move through it. UI is the visual layer: colours, type and styling. We do UX first, so the design is built on a solid foundation.

Will better UX get me more enquiries?

Removing friction from the path between first visit and enquiry usually lifts conversions. We map that journey, design out the obstacles and test key tasks with real people.

What do I see before the design starts?

A clear sitemap and wireframes for desktop and mobile, so you can review the structure and flow of the website before any visual design begins.

Can you improve the UX of my existing website?

Yes. We review your analytics, enquiry data and user behaviour to find where visitors drop off, then recommend and design improvements.
